Very good pre workout drink. Really does work, huge pump, more energy, better mental focus. The only problem with it, is if you don't cycle off this product you will not feel the effects as much as when you first started taking it. Taste is a bit tangy but alot better than other preworkout drinks ive tried.

I am sadened by the bad rep this product has got from being pulled off the shelves because it contained monohydrate instead of Ethyl Ester. This product is without a doubt the best pre-training drink available. Anywayz, there is no Scientific proof anywhere that proves that Ethyl Ester is absorbed any better than monohydrate anyhow, so don't know what the fuss is. If you want to Lift heavier for longer, get bigger or get more cut than michael jackson on a plastic surgeons table, this is the stuff....Oh yes, and it makes you popular as well!
