I have recently completed my first tub of Promax, and can say I am very impressed. I occassionaly suffer with burnout half way through a session (to the point where I feel like I am going to pass out!)but taking Promax as a diet supplement before and after workouts has been great. Those sets where you begin to fade on 5-6-7 of 10/12/15 I just kicked in again and powered through them! I have taken Creatine Monohydrate and Liquid Creatine years ago but can honestly say this is MUCH better nutrionally, and productively. Skeptical about the taste..I was again pleasently surprised no chalky taste/residue when used in conjunction with shaker. I personally only used it with water and found it to be like a Strawberry Milk consistancy, perhaps with Milk it would be TOO thick. My weights have gone up and muscle leaness is definately apperent ( I am using it in conjunction with Xedra-Cut) 5 days on 2 off cycle. I know I must sound like a paid for infomercial but personally I think its a good product and would not waste my time to review unless undersatisfied or very impressed.
